Can't assign FlashVars property in designtime

Hi, Subj! How it can be so? Am puzzled... I've installed FPC on my comp (XP) and it worked without any problems. I've created a project in D7, where I've assigned FlashVars property, containing a URL-encoded string. No problems. Everything is working OK. Then I go to another comp (also XP) and copy ...

Re: FLV videos

How to joint different FLV videos into one for Youtube? I have 6 flv videos and I want to join them all and make only one video after joining. It's possible to join FLV lossless only if they're from the same source. In other words if the original video was broken into these parts. Try this tool: ht...

A very old bug still exists!

Hi, Artem, Your great tool still doesn't work with external resources, defined by relative path. I'd recommend at least to add try...except here: if nSlashPos <> 0 then begin strId := WideLeftStr(str, nSlashPos - 1); try // <<<<<<<<<<<<<< nId := StrToInt(strId); except // <<<<<<<<<<<< nId := 1; end;...

Re: Not protected FLV. Not from stream

How to do that only from memory play, without creating copies of the file on the HDD space? It's possible to load FLV completely from memory, but I'd not recommend to do it. Your app will eat A LOT of memory. Not so good idea, isn't it? As for me, I've created a special trick to encipher the very b...

Re: where documentation flashplayercontrol ?

tell me where to find documentation on the use of flash player control How about to take a look at the help file? It is located in the Help subdirectory of the distributive zip archive. and how you can get all the text from the flash? AFAIK this is completely unrelated question. FlashPlayerControl ...

OnLoadExternalResourceAsync problem

Hi, I've rebuilt my old project with your latest version 3.5.3 and have found a different behavior in subj. The Name arg now consists of your signature and my resource name, as below: Name: 'E4ED7C01D28A43418DBF2CB92CC35E56.swf/video.flv' I'm not sure but AFAIR earlier this parameter was shorter and...

OK, fullscreen works now. So, we can turn back to the original topic - how to disable original popup menu in fullscreen mode? Your sample shows it, as well as my code, using your control's 3.5.3 version.

Thanks.

Could you please send me your flash ocx (usually located in %SystemRoot%\System32\Macromed\Flash) to support (at) f-in-box.com ? Of course, I could do it, but I've just cleared my Windows\Macromed\Flash folder and then reinstalled the latest OCX by opening a website in IE with Flash content. As a r...

Oh... Could you please check the demo application SampleA_FLVPlayer.exe ? It also has the button to switch to fullscreen. I have almost latest flash ocx here and the button works well... Doesn't work. Though I haven't understood whether that button is a part of SWF or not (it looks like not), but i...

Thank you for your question. The latest version have the same problem? Thank you. I've installed 3.5.2 version now, but I can't test that feature, because... I can't switch to the fullscreen mode in my existing project! It worked perfectly with 3.4.2.9 though. Now "fullscreen" button in m...

Fullscreen popup menu

Hi, Did you ever notice that you don't control the fullscreen mode rightclick menu? Is it possible to disable it and replace it with a custom popup menu just as it is done for usual TFlashPlayerControl's popup menu? Also it would be nice to have the ability to hide mouse cursor in the fullscreen mod...

I'm sorry, but could you tell me, where to get the full version? AFAIR, I got a link from you, but I can't find it now. Or should I make an email request?

Re: Multiplatform solution

"Standalone" means "single exe", so if an EXE loads Netscape plugin using LoadLibrary, it's not standalone. Sorry, I,ve mised this fact out. But I had in mind a bit different aspect... f-in-box also could do load flash ocx using usual LoadLibrary. Even when you load OCX from a d...

Re: Multiplatform solution

If it's necessary to create a stanalone application, you should load an OCX or Plugin from memory, right? It doesn't matter what you use: ocx or plugin. I beleave it's not pretty correct. First of all, Netscape plugin _is_not_ loaded _from_memory_. It is loaded, as usual DLL. All tricks with loadin...

Multiplatform solution

Why did you choose the OCX usage? Why not Netscape plugin? I'm now dealing with it on Mac and I've found that Netscape plugin usage is more "transparent" way, where you don't need to load any DLLs into memory manually, etc. and that way is more platform-independent, whereas OCX is for Wind...
