Using this kind of versionToString? I think its Flash11.ocx issue, maybe TFlashPlayer is not certified run on Flash11 activex plugin. Flash version: 11.9.188.169, ocx file is 11.7.700.169 Flash version: 11.12.132.117, ocx file is 11.9.900.117 Flash version: 10.3.183.10, ocx file is 10.3.183.10 funct...

Wohoo, I just found out the same bug and my findings are its WinOS+Flash.OCX combination issue. Both of these calls or one of them does nothing, tried just now. See last combo where audio mute did work fine. FlashPlayerControl.SetAudioEnabled(false); FlashPlayerControl.SetAudioVolume(0); WinXP, Flas...

Think I got something usefull out of it. Please can you verify my findings and question in an original post. Pixel pointer is upside down ordering (from bottom to up, from right to left) what made traditional XY loop wild. thx Here is my proof of concept loop, it modifies some of the pixels inside t...

TTransparentFlashPlayerControl and onFlashPaint event?

[WinXP and Win7, f-in-box 3.5.3, Flash OCX 10.1.85.3 ] Transparent flash component has a flashpaint event method. FlashPaint(ASender: TObject; pPixels: Pointer); Help or forum search tells nothing about it. But I think its called on every frame rendering. Event is not available in opaque TFlashPlaye...

Found a similar topics from the internet. I don't know details about the Firefox Flash plugin, but seems ActiveX plugin is lagging a development and/or programmers must handle timing more precisly by a game loop. Well, last sentence applies to any game programming anyway. No more "framerate los...

I use the following ocx version, I got it from the IE browser plugin installation. Flash10.OCX, version 10.0.12.36 Flash10 IDE has some GPU acceleration flags to hardware accel some of the sprite transformations. I made a test and Adobe exeprojector seems to use GPU flags fine. But then using F-in-B...

Play mpeg? firewire camera stream? native rendered canvas?

Three separate questions, all are rather technical and challenging(?). 1) Play mpeg files directly wihtout .flv batch conversion Flash can play .flv flash video files only. If I have a bunch of mpeg files I must use some batch converter beforehand. No good. Is it possible to use Delphi side and enco...
