Yes. It is not included currently in the demo zip. But you can download compiled version for Delphi 2006 here:
http://www.flashplayercontrol.com/TEMP/Delphi2006.zip

It is a temp link, in the nearest time compiled version for Delphi 2006 will be included in the demo zip.
