License from Adobe when embedding

Hi everyone,
We're considering using the f-in-box control for our apps but we're unsure about the licensing implication if the ocx control is embedded. Our application is sold (not freeware nor shareware) and contains publicity which is displayed using flash (potentially, if we can figure out licensing).
Has anyone created an app with embedded flash control? Can anyone give some insight about the licensing involved? Would it be preferable to not embed?
(I also asked this same question on the other forums since it's not strictly a Delphi issue).
Thanks for any pointers on this!
