A problem on Flash Player 8. TotalFrames property is allways

Postby Guest » Mon Jul 18, 2005 4:25 am

I installed the Flash Player 8 beta, and FlashPlayerControl 2.1.
Then then TotalFrames property is allways 0. when I using Flash Player 7 through LoadFlashOCXFromStream, it runs well.

So, I think there seems a bug in FlashPlayerControl 2.1?

I believe that the FlashPlayerControl team is working on supporting the Flash Player 8.

Therefore, I think we have to wait, and FP8 is in beta anyway and there's no Authoring tool for it.

We have loads of time to wait for FlashPlayerControl to support version 8.

Thank you all! Flash 8 is a beta so some problems are possible.

I have tested TotalFrames property and there are no problems with all movies I have. Please send me the movie to support (at) flashplayercontrol.com
