FlashTexture Demo playing FLVs too slowly

I changed the FlashTexture demo to play FLVs. One thing I'm not having problems with is the FLV is playing slowly, dropping frames, and the sound cuts in and out. It's like the thread playing the flash isn't getting enough time. Any ideas?

The problem is related with the perfomance of the Flash. You can reduce the size of FlashPlayerControl window.

Yes, I had figured that out. I'm rendering the flash in a Direct3d world and there isn't enough CPU for rendering the world and flash in real time.

Reducing the size to 50x80 and running the Flash in a high priority background thread got very close to working, but there were still a few skips.

Screen scraping the sample as a separate process works better than embedding it in the same process.
