Repainting.

Postby chris1228 » Thu Feb 23, 2006 4:23 pm

I am running the flashplayer control in a window with the Style WS_OVERLAPPED. I am haveing problems with the screen not repainting. If I drag another window accross the flashplayer I will leave artifacts (see white areas on the screen shot) on the flash player control. They only go away if I resize the window. Is there a procedure to better handle repainting the window?

I think the problem is related with the styles of the window. Could you download this simple project and test it on your machine:

This example demonstrates FlashPlayerControl inside a window, and you can resize it.

Artem you rock ;) WS_CLIPCHILDREN added to the WS_OVERLAPPED style is what did it. Thanks!!!
