Remote Debugging?

Is is possible to use the Flash remote debugger with f-in-box?

I've attempted to do it with our app, and it doesn't appear like it is, but
I wanted to know if I'm just missing something.

Unfortunaly, I have never used this debugger. That's why I have one question. If you load a movie into Internet Explorer, are you able to use the debugger?
