can i use flashplayercontrol for protecting flv files

hi ,
i am using flashplayercontrol windows dll edition and i want to use it for playing encrypted flv files . is it possible with these version of flashplayercontrol?
also , I am testing flashplayercontrol to see if it is appropriate for my current project and unfortuantely today it gives me a message "RegisterFlashWindowClass() failed".
what is the problem and what i must do for my testing?

Thank you for your questions.

Currently you can use only Delphi Edition to protect flv.

RegisterFlashWindowClass() fails if flash not installed on the machine. Please install last version of Flash Player ActiveX from the macromedia.com.
