FPC in .NET is much more slower than with Flash.ocx

hi,last night i suddenly found that the FPC in .NET APP(written in C#)is much more slower than the version i use Flash.ocx directly in .NET.
AND i have set the WMode to window in FPC.
what is wrong with me???and is there something wrong with FPC???
and also if FPC process some criticle WM_Message such as WM_Paint wich will lead to such problem???

Our company is going to make a deceision whether to buy 30 lisence of FPC. the poor perfermance stop me go forward!
