Maximizing transparent Form shows Form Border

Hi

if I toggle minimizing / maximizing a transparent form (f_in_box__form subclassed) the form border gets visible for a short period, however long enough to read it's caption.

Now, is this a general problem with layered windows opr do I have to set some double-buffering flags in my Windows.Form ?

exactly, I minimize and restore or maximize and restore it.
