Lingering flash player

We have an application that can start an arbitrary number of f_in_box__form, we pass one copy of the AxCode into all of them so that the ocx is not loaded over and over, however, we are seeing that when that window is closed the player is still running.
Anyone seen this problem?
Can it be fixed?
Does F-IN-BOX .NET Edition 3.1 resolve if?

How do you detect it?

We have flash Local Connections for a closed window that is still responding, the window handle is no longer available in MS Spy++.

Could you please rebuild the project with the new version and check the issue?

At the time of this topic I also contacted support thru the web interface for an update with our free 1 year update with source code and waiting to hear back.
