Parent control handle Changed

Postby ABlueEyedMonkey » Mon Sep 14, 2009 9:26 pm

Hi, I am using the demo to see if this program can do what i need it to. It all looks great so far - but I ran into a snag recently. I am using a docking suit for my application, and as a result of the user docking a form, the parent control's (of the flash control) handle changes. The result is that the flash panel is still there as I can see the demo message - but my movie is lost. Can this be solved?

Many thanks
Mat

Thank you for your question.

How do you think, would it be possible to prepare a small project to help me to resolve the issue?

Thank you!

Sure mate - if you download this dock panel suite:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/dockpanelsuite/

Then create a form (A), and add a control called WeifenLuo.WinFormsUI.Docking.DockPanel(C) to the form. Its like an MDI canvas window...

Create another form (B) and make it inherrit from the class WeifenLuo.WinFormsUI.Docking.DockContent

Then add a f_in_box__control to B.

finally B.Show(C, DockState.Document);

If you re-dock the B form at runtime the SWF vanishes.

Thanks mate.
Mat
