Using the embedded flash.ocx proble

Postby flashdata » Mon Sep 19, 2005 6:40 pm

I'm running the Sample3_StandalonePlayer solution. There is an empty flash.ocx directory in it.

I cut and paste the flash.ocx from my C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash directory to the solution directory, under flash.ocx directoy. Then, run the project and, in the initialize method of the form the error "invalid window class name arises".

Sure I'm doing bad something. What I realy want is to embed the ocx in the solution and avoid the client user to get his own library.

Could you be so kind of show me my mistake.
Thank you
