All the samples I get from this site for the .NET version run on any PC. But when I create my own application I get an error requesting the .NET Framework to be installed. Is that something related to the FlashPlayerControl component. Please let me know.

The .NET samples are also required .NET runtime. May be your application uses .NET 2.0 features?... I'm not a .NET guru Anyway, if you use .NET, your application needs .NET runtime to run well.
